Le fabricant de cette chambre ne fait aucun doute : Rokuoh-Sha (un des anciens noms de Konica) est estampé au dos, ainsi que sur chaque châssis. De plus le nom du modèle (Idea) est lisible sur la poignée ainsi qu'à l'intérieur de l'abattant.
Pourtant, cette association Idea / Neuheil B (l'obturateur) n'est signalée dans les catalogues que pour une distribution par Yamamoto Shashinki-ten, un négociant basé à Osaka, sous le nom de Weha Idea. Dans ce cas, on devrait alors avoir un objectif Heliostar. Alors, pourquoi avons-nous ici cette optique Kenngott Wekar ? Y a-t-il eu une version primitive du Weha Idea ? Il est en effet avéré que d'autres versions de Weha étaient montées avec des optiques Wekar, et on constate que l'obturateur Neuheil doit faire partie des premiers produits par Neumann & Heilemann à partir de 1932 : on peut en effet y lire la mention « JAP.PAT.APPL.FOR », une gravure très rare et suspectée d'être originelle. Le Weha n'aurait été commercialisé qu'à partir de 1933, et il est possible que cette distribution par une marque tierce corresponde à un déstockage des anciens modèles au moment de la sortie de la nouvelle Idea Hand Camera dite Showa 8 (la huitième année de l'ère Hirohito), éventuellement par d'autres distributeurs. Au delà de ces hypothèses, il faudrait bien sûr trouver un catalogue mentionnant cette option.

Mis à part le groupe obturateur / objectif, cette chambre est en tous points identique à l'Idea Hand Camera de 1930 : le corps est entièrement métallique (aluminium) gainé de cuir à gros grain. La poignée est estampée Idea, mention que l'on retrouve à l'intérieur sur la tôle de l'abattant au centre du chariot. L'ouverture est commandée par un bouton sous la poignée, et la mise en place de la façade est bien sûr manuelle : deux plots cannelés offrent une bonne prise de doigts; une butée positionne la console sur l'infini. La mise au point est ensuite possible jusqu'à 4 pieds par la commande en arc de cercle à main droite, dont il faut juste déverrouiller le curseur en le poussant d'abord vers le bas. C'est alors la coulisse centrale qui se déplace le long des entailles en trou de serrure. Rien n'est prévu pour obtenir un allongement plus important, en conformité avec le côté assez dépouillé de cet appareil. Il n'y a donc pas non plus de mouvements de la platine avant comme sur les modèles haut-de-gamme. Il y a quand même deux écrous de pied !

Lors de sa découverte, cette chambre était rangée dans un étui en cuir, contenant aussi six châssis simples et un adaptateur Film Pack.
